It follows Marty Kaan ( Don Cheadle), a partner at a management consulting firm, and his three underlings: Clyde Oberholt ( Ben Schwartz), Doug Guggenheim ( Josh Lawson), and Jeannie van der Hooven ( Kristen Bell).
